About Me
- Kathy Kupka Photography
- Kathy Kupka is an award winning photographer living in Leesburg, VA. She started her photography business in 1998 after years of photography classes at NOVA. She specializes in black and white fine art photography using natural light only. She especially enjoys photographing children, senior citizens, and dogs. She loves her profession, and is known for her patience. Kathy has her own line of doggy greeting cards (formerly Buddie's Balloon Buddies.) Her cards feature photographs of different breeds of dogs with messages of inspiration, including cancer related/get well cards. Her cards are in some stores (listed here on her blog), and can also be ordered from her website. She also self-published three doggy calendars (one was a national award winner), benefiting the research of Multiple Myeloma, a cancer of the plasma cells. She belongs to the Virginia Professional Photographers Association, Professional Photographers of America, and the Loudoun Arts Council.
